Booking and cancellation conditions
Clause 1: Reservation.
Prices are per night, per room and without breakfast (except for half board per person).
The customer making a reservation by internet or phone is then irrevocably bound to the acceptance of the present General Conditions of Sales.
Your room will be available from 3pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated at 11am on the day of departure.
Free parking is offered, no need reservation, but not guaranteed according to the remaining parking spaces.
Clause 2: Cancellation.
All consecutive fees will be due to SARL Hôtel Fleur de Neige.
Any reservation of the customer who has received a confirmation by the booking services of the Hotel Fleur de Neige by mail or internet, corresponds to the opening and processing of the client's file. Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing or email.
If canceled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
However, we will retain 25 Euros admin fee.
In case of cancellation 14 - 10 days before the date of arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged.
If canceled 9 - 4 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
During the school holidays, Christmas, New Year and all weekends the charge increases to 75%.
If canceled 3 - 1 days before date of arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Clause 3: No-Show.
In an event of not show up on the expected day of arrival, the total cost of the stay will be billed to your credit card.
Clause 4: Amendments of booking.
Any amendments booking is free of charge. However, we can’t guarantee the availability of rooms.
Therefore, in an event that a change is not possible, the customer must accept the original booking or will be subject to the cancellation conditions in accordance with clause 2 if the guest wishes cancel the reservation.
Shortened stay: In case of early departure, the amount of the initial stay will be charged in full, no compensation.
Intempted stay: In a case where the guests stay is interrupted, for whatever reason that it is independent of the hotelier, the customer will not be able to claim any refund. To cover this eventuality, we recommend having an appropriate insurance.
