GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Clause 1: Application of the general conditions of sale.

The following conditions apply to any reservation of rooms at the Fleur de Neige Hotel made directly by internet via our website, telephone, email or letter. Any reservation necessarily implies your total acceptance of these general conditions of sale. For all reservations made on an online central reservation (Booking, Expedia), please consult the differents General Terms and Conditions of Sale directly on the merchant website.

Clause 2: Reservation.

The prices are per night, per room and without breakfast (except half-board per person). The customer making a reservation is irrevocably bound to the acceptance of these general conditions of sale and the reservation cannot be called into question unless the application of article 2. All reservations must be guaranteed by the payment of a 30% deposit of the entire stay and the services purchased, either by bank check, transfer, or any other means. The bank cards accepted are: Eurocard, Visa and Mastercard. This will be deducted from the bill upon departure.

Reservations are made by room category. Under no circumstances can the room number be taken into account when booking. We cannot absolutely guarantee a room allocation. The rooms are available from 4 pm. and must be vacated no later than 11 am.

Free parking is offered, without reservation, but not guaranteed depending on the remaining parking spaces.

Clause 3: Cancellation and interruption of the stay.

All consecutive fees will be due to SARL Hôtel Fleur de Neige.
Any reservation of the customer who has received a confirmation by the booking services of the Hotel Fleur de Neige by mail or internet, corresponds to the opening and processing of the client's file. Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing or email.
Our cancellation conditions are as follows:

If canceled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
However, we will retain 50 Euros admin fee.
In case of cancellation 14 - 10 days before the date of arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged.
If canceled 9 - 4 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
During the school holidays, Christmas, New Year and all weekends the charge increases to 75%.

If canceled 3 - 1 days before date of arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

For all promotional stays the balance is due upon booking, the amount is non-cancellable, non-refundable for any reason whatsoever.

In a case where the guests stay is interrupted, for whatever reason that it is independent of the hotelier, the customer cannot claim any refund. To cover this eventuality, we recommend having an appropriate insurance.

In case of early departure, the amount of the initial stay will be charged in full, no compensation.

Our half-board rate is an inseparable package including dinner or lunch (of your choice) with a 6-course menu (drinks not included), overnight stay and breakfast. Any meal not taken will not be deducted.

Clause 3.1: Special cancellation COVID-19.

Cancel your stay (excluding administrative fees) for the reason related to Covid-19:
-containment and travel restriction imposed by the government,
-quarantine imposed by the government in your city or country,
-ski resort closure for sanitary decision

These measures must be in effect on the dates of your stay.

Your deposit will not be refunded due to the positive Covid-19 result. In this case, please consult clause 3.

Clause 4: No-Show.

In an event of no-show up on the expected day of arrival, the total cost of the stay will be billed to your credit card.

Clause 5: Amendments of booking.

Any amendments booking is free of charge 72 hours before the arrival date mentioned on the booking confirmation. However, we can’t guarantee the availability of rooms. Therefore, in an event that a change is not possible, the customer must accept the original booking or will be subject to the cancellation conditions in accordance with clause 2 if the guest wishes cancel the reservation.

Clause 6: Prices.

The prices are displayed all taxes included in euros. Subject to change without notice.

French caviar from Neuvic ~ Signature ~ served with 8 pieces of blinis 33€ / 10g
elegant and bright, medium-sized grains, quite firm with golden reflections, burst in the mouth and reveal delicate marine notes reminiscent of the freshness and finesse of oysters. This caviar comes from the Gueldenstaedtiii sturgeon, originating from the Caspian Sea, around the age of 12 years.
